Ensure that every ship is manned with duly qualified, certificated and medically fit seafarers in accordance with national and international requirements
Emergency preparedness systems for Vessel and Shore based management effectiveness is regularly tested

Review of planned maintenance systems for incorporation of lessons learnt from circular letters and incidents within Company/industry and Equipment makers
Assessment of Technical/operational condition of vessels entering management and coordinate repair and upgrade activities to meet industry requirements
Strategic Planning, assessment and monitoring of financial exposures, and management of operational risks
Service delivery with-professionalism, reliability, integrity, and responsiveness
Monitor and Action on feedback from Customers, Stake holders, Seafarers and Shore staff
